I packed our Gis and took off for Judo with my youngest. We had dInner and went to a store and I just didn't feel like I could get anything in my mind what with leftover migraine and a hypnotic on board. Am I a lazy person? I feel so guilty and worst like a bad example.

Don't you dare feel guilty. You are an example of strength and perseverance. You work hard at trying to be well. You're having a hard time lately, but you're still going to Judo and dinner and stores and trying to keep life as normal as possible. Would you feel guilty or lazy for not being able to climb a flight of stairs if you had a broken leg? Of course not. Cut yourself some slack. You're not feeling well. It's okay to not be able to do it all.

A whole lot of people with fewer mental or physical health problems thqn you have push themselves less than you do, Moose. No, you are not lazy!
Dragonfly is right: You work hard at being well. If this were all you did, you'd be a good example. But you're a good mother too. And look at all the support you give people here.

Lazy? Bad example? Heck, no!

*hugs*

I feel this way a lot. Didn't get anything done today; I must be an awful student. Doesn't matter that I felt awful all day and my brains are all scrambled with med changes.

Well, it's not so, but I have to keep reminding myself.

And we're here to remind you of the same - you're not lazy! It's a lot of effort to go to judo and dinner and whatnot, right? So you're doing the best you can.

Hang in there...
