When I was first dxd 2years ago, I cycled every 2weeks. For most of this year I've been cycling weekly. 3 weeks ago, I started cycling every 2nd day... Suicidal, happy, irritable. Then after the irritibility fades i'm too EXHAUSTED to know if i feel normal. I slept the ENTIRE day yesterday, i only got up at 4 to eat... Ugh, just needed to share.

Sorry to hear how unstable you are. What's happening that has you wanting to be put out of your misery.

I'm a TERRIBLE person. I push away the only people who have EVER stood bye me IRL... Why do i hurt others? Bcoz I'm scared they're g0ing to abandon me,so i push them away FIRST? That's just sick, and hurtful, and worst of all, i can't even begin to describe why, to someone who's never been paranoid for no reason... I'm really screwed up sometimes, it effing tiring and lonely... Don't worry tho, no matter how hurt and fed up i am,there's no intent behind not wanting to be around... Didn't mean to make you guys worry, just wanted to be honest...

I am glad there is no intent, but that feeling, even without intent, sucks, so I just want to be there for you. As for the pushing people away, I've fallen into that trap. In DBT they talk about doing opposite action. The theory is that sometimes you brain tries to talk to into doing something unhealthy, so you make the point of doing the opposite. It's admittedly hard to do, but it can help.
