Hi all, I didn't take my meds last night! I dreamed all night, I slept many hours. My dreams were good. I dreamed I was a Rockette, kicking my legs up in the air dancing! I wish!! So, can't wait to see what my day brings, I will keep you posted.

Please note your signature - "I will take my medications on schedule!". Why have you not taken your meds? Was this planned and in conjunction with your pdoc?

I know you had one great night, but is it really worth the possible consequences of not being on your meds?

Right!!! I already feel the effects! Wow, I even have a headache, haven't had one of those in a long while. I think secretly Christmas is overwhelming me, that and my job. So I secretly want a hospital vacation, I actually like it there, it makes me feel safe. I know, not many like me!

I have this too, though not neccesarily with psych hospitalization (which hasn't happened for me yet). But I've been in the hospital for a number of physical health problems, which has made the hospital feel like a safe place for me. I remember my cardiologist telling me I might need open-heart surgery about a year ago, and my first reaction was thinking, "yes, that will be a few weeks in the hospital then! "

So yeah, you're not alone in this.

Well for me the hospital is where I have the best sleep. Always has been.

I do think you should take your meds. Even if you want to come off them, coming straight off of them all, and at once is not the way to go. I don't want to see you feeling a Hella worse. I know the temptation but really it usually never ends up good.
Thanks for this!
