I'm going to bed when the two oldest do. If the sleep makes a difference, we'll play it by ear until I see my doc on January 3rd. If it doesn't or I'm worst tomorrow, I'll call the doc in the morning and ask about the outpatient treatment program. If she wants me to do inpatient, we'll seriously consider it. We've met our out of pocket so it will be 100% paid for. My only condition will be that my parents not be told where I am.

So we shall see what happens.

I really hope this helps you feel better one way or the other. That is so good you met your deductable. If there is any time to do a program, it is right now!

Sounds like a great plan ....
My only question is ,,you mentioned your insurance is now paying at 100 % since you met your out of pocket expense for the year ... noone likes to go impatient but since it would be covered fully under your insurance plan??.. Or maybe you could see about getting into an outpatient now ...
Just reading your posts I can tell just how hard things are you for lately ... things can go from bad to worse so quickly. I personally have thought "i can handle this " or " i have no choice but to handle this no matter how fast I was cycling " The last time I kept putting it off ... I got in a reallllly bad place .. I was writing goodbye letters etc and didnt even realize it ... the next day I went to my T's apppt and begged him to get me a bed somewhere . thank goodness I reached out for help.. things could have come out completly differant .

Be kind to yourself and above all make sure your safe (((( Hugs ))))

It might take more than one night for the sleep to make a difference, but I hope it helps sooner rather than later. Sounds like a good plan - take care of yourself!
