I'm so sick of this life. I really hate it. I'm not even sure if you can qualify this as living.

I'm going to go bed before I do ANYTHING ELSE stupid.

Love you guys,
RB ♥

Please stay safe. I hope you will be okay despite whatever you may have already done.

And yes, it sucks sometimes. Hopefully things will look a bit better in the morning.

I'm so sorry you're struggling now. I've read some of your posts in the past & you've been so supportive--I'd like to help you now if there's anything I can do. Please hang in and keep posting, work your way through this grim time with the determination you've encouraged others to have.

Hey peeps (:

So. Yeah. I'm feeling a LOT better today. I mean, I'm not brilliant...and I regret skipping two DBT sessions - especially as my DBT worker is now on two weeks leave, it's going to be hard to cope. I can tell.

Anyway, yeah, today is definitely a good day amongst many bad. I guess, like I saw on this forum, the one saving grace us bipolars have is that we know somewhere deep down during the worst of times that the feelings will pass...as they always do. But at the same time now, when feeling quite happy, I'm literally scared of feeling bad again. So many times within the past few hours I have felt a little tiny yet rather significant dip in mood...and I've nearly cried just out of fear of a depressive episode.

Anyway.

I need to apologize.

I'm finding it hard to go around the forums and be my usual supportive self. Not because I'm too depressed or can't think of what to say...but because I hate my username being everywhere: I feel like people will find me annoying or think I reply too often.

But yeah. I'm okay, so know need to worry (:

While you are feel better, can you take some steps to take care of yourself longterm? Put some support in place that will be there for you when depression comes?

No apologies needed. We do what we can when we can.

What???!!! No way!!! Post, post, post -- guaranteed we would never think such things! EVER!
We could even raise up a to tell your brain to stop even suggesting that sort of negative thinking! You (and your posts!) are well-loved here! Never doubt that. Sometimes we're up to posting, sometimes we're not, and that's ok. But don't let unfounded fears hold you back, ok?

So very very glad to hear that you are doing better, RB!

Thank you sooo much for checking back in, RB, and for letting us know you're feeling better. Lean on us as you need to, especially while your DBT worker is away on leave. And as far as apologizing for your user name getting around too much, take it back! The more you post, the more we appreciate you. Your contributions are so supportive......you're already a PC treasure!

Don't think I can add much that others haven't, RB, aside from strength in numbers. Hope you continue to feel a bit better, safer, etc. Feel free to post as you need - we all do the same!
