Could someone explain what cognitive behavior therapy consists of ?

Here's the quickest way...
http://www.cognitivetherapy.com/ The basic idea is for the patient to learn to identify beliefs or thoughts that are negative and to turn them into posittive ones. Do a search on the site, there have been a couple of long threads about CBT recently. I haven't done much of it, but I took an anger management class that was based on CBT methods that worked great.
