I went to bed feeling good, I woke up feeling good, I am now feeling good !

And I am not wish washing on whether I am just feeling good or hypo, I am feeling hypo. If there is one way for me to tell tell difference, it's the sensation of an electrical surge, growing in my core, coursing through my veins, shooting out through my limbs. Any one else??? Doesn't happen when I am just plain feeling good.

As soon as I noticed the surge sensation I felt anxious, but whatever, maybe if I just try to embrace it and know it for what it is, with out getting myself in a bunch, maybe it will be enjoyable and not lead to a massive manic attack?

So just gonna put some sonic youth on the record player and launch an assault on my storage room, with my black "hefty" body bags in tow, and get some purging done.

Thats a good way to describe it. I'm alot more productive when I'm a little manic than when I just feel good. Today I feel pretty good I went out to lunch with a good friend and we went to the antique mall and I didn't buy anything..definately a sign that I'm not manic.

I get the "electrical surge" sensation as well when hypo. It feels so good, physically and emotionally, doesn't it? Good luck with your storage room.

Oh yeah. Positively electrified. Heheh, I always think that if I were to touch someone's arm, they'd be able to feel it.
When it's super strong, it feels like I'm vibrating. I get a little hinky at that point, thinking people can see it. (What? Like some kind of sci-fi special effect? Lol.)

Yes, the electrified feeling isn't directly associated with feeling good for me. I get it most days, whether I'm feeling good, neutral or despondent.
But if I am happy and feel myself responding to something with dizzy infatuation, it is a big red flag. (Put away the credit card, shut up and don't blurt out undying love for someone's poetry, painting, photo, music, etc.)

I try to take advantage of that hypo moment to tackle projects that I have needed to do also.
As long as you are putting it to good use there isn't anything wrong with it.

And as long as that is as far as it goes.

Here's to clean storage rooms!

And sitting in the hospital all day! Well my daughters surgery was rescheduled for today. Not a big surgery, but she'll be put under to have those pins remover from her broken, now healed arm. So I hope it all goes smoothly. I think she's happy to miss a day of school .

Thank you Grammaof3, I think it will be alot better than the actual break was. Double compound fracture, only 11 but she's a real trooper, she handled it much better than I would have.

Not so great . They got one of the long pins out, but it was hard to get out, they other pin could not be removed, she has grown a lot since summer and the bone has grown around it, so short of breaking her arm again it needs to stay put. The pins have been causing her pain, so I hope this isn't going to be an on going thing.

Thank you for asking . She's good now, just sleeping on the couch.
