Hi folks,

Just wanted to say thanks for all the information and help received here over the last few weeks. I haven't posted much really but have been an avid reader of all sorts of things that have helped a great deal in coming to terms with the whole bipolar thing and the next steps I need to take. So again thankyou.

But it is bye from me I have requested my account be deleted. In the end i suppose I feel i needed this for a bit but that time is over and long term its not for me.

So long and I wish you all the very best.

and

I wish you well. I wish you didn't have to go so soon, was looking forward to getting to know you, but it is your choice.
Safe journey
