I can seem to manage my hypomania fairly well. I laugh at the grandiose ideas, I've learned to filter myself, I found hanging on to money is easier if I don't even look at my account and even the rage can be managed with reason it seems.

But the depression...

I just need help...

There is nothing wrong with hypomania except that it is easier to "correct" than depression. Theory for some is stop the ups and you can contain the lows, doesn't really work. And more important, oh shut that manic up.

Wait it out...that's all you can do.
