pdoc put my on seroquel and rameron but because I was getting heart palpitations I am off meds completely?? Is this a normal thing? He said I am to let my body settle but didn't say when to come back. I am so confused. Anyone else have heart issues due to meds?

I don't have heart issues necessarily, but I was taken off Abilify suddenly because I was having racing heart, although nothing was explained to me about why. (I was also having some involuntary muscle things.) I wasn't given a new med then, either, then I lost my insurance and didn't go back.

I recommend to call tomorrow and ask how long until you need to follow up.

I had heart palpitations when I started Seroquel. My dr said it was normal & it went away in a week or 2.
