I am moving away from thoughts about trust with my wife. She got a call from a person she was engaged to years ago he did not know she was married. he lives in washington state we are in pa. he was in pittburgh pa. for a 48 hour turn
around this past weekend. my wife told him that she was married now and he did not react to what she had said. this bothered me i became irritated with this. next morning he called and left a text about some unimportant information. i became irritated again seeing he had not spoken to my wife for years.
so my wife got upset with me being upset with this situation. i tried opening dialog with her she said i am trying to forget.
then a day later she mentioned that people have told her she was moving to fast when she decided to marry me after knowing me a little over a year.
know Im feeling she is having second thoughts.
this morning she mentioned her mother had problems making decisions but she and her brothers and sister never did and felt that this is a problem with depressed people. i have had problems making decisions recently i feel she is indirectly speaking to me.
So today my trust issues i had about her had faded away and I'm trying to figure on keeping my relationship together.
I am getting into myself and have had bad thoughts.
i hope to resolve my feelings about my self quickly.
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

Actually, having trouble making decisions is a listed symptom of depression. If you're having negative thoughts as well, it could be a sing you're becoming depresed. Do you use a mood tracker? If you're unsure of your mood maybe you should start one if you don't already. It also gives you something to show your pdoc/psychologist/therapist when you go in.
