I found after 4 days without caffiene that I went through withdrawal. Just headaches but nothing would cure them until I had coffee.

Moose, caffeine withdrawal is a migraine trigger for me, too. It is a common migraine trigger. It is also one of the reasons behind what is called a "weekend migraine" - when people sleep in, get up later, and have their coffee later in the day (or not at all) on Saturdays.

Now I make sure to keep the level steady weekday or weekend.
