So far so good, Monday done and dusted, embers still ever present. It's all good and well to derail it, but I do know that next time, or maybe the time after, when derailing is simply not an option, and the flames lick my heels, I WILL get singed. atleast. Its just how these things go with me, maybe with you too? Thanks for the invaluable support tho guys, having a pride really makes dealing with kittens not so bad.

Perhaps the flames of bipolar will singe you again, but it's better to accept that than worry about the flames to the point where you are unable to do anything else.

Its the way I feel, a kind of emotional warning... Quick to tears since last weekend, outburst at work (threw a stapler at a friend who was being a jerk) it's an impending disaster brewing just below the surface. TOO AFRAID TO FEEL FOR FEAR OF WHAT MAY BE UNLEASHED, ignoring it, changing the subject, hoping to derail it...
Not very good at faking it tho, my daughter already knows 'somethings' up

Realest s*** I never wrote....And I like your overall word play, altho you did not ask my opinion...Congratulations on your job Trippen!....I haven't checked the rest of the thread yet but I hope and pray you feel better....

Thanks Merlin, you speak truths as always my friend. Irreplaceable, I'm much better now, the controlled fire seems to have all but burnt out, and thank you for the compliment. As much as it sucks to suffer, there is great comfort in an understanding ear. ss

Oh yeah, with me too. I like your analogy of how it feels with the calm before the storm. When I feel it coming on... I NEVER get out without some kind of damage to myself and those around me. Never!

Thank you for the compliments, they really mean alot to me. Last ones I got regarding writing was in high school, hehe. I love that I can express myself here, be understood, have support AND get compliments for doing what I love! You guys really are like no other group (((((MY BPer FAMILY))))) today was ok, teared up at 1 point, then got frustrated coz I don't have the RIGHT to tear up, and then I proceeded to be giddy with an ever - present sprinkle of b.i.t.c.h just for flavour. On my way home now, hope tonight is emotionally uneventful, but the journey's long, traffic's standing still, and the bus driver's drunk again. Cross your fingers folks!
