Im going through grief over losing "him". crying. Ugh. Mixed thoughts. Hurts. Hypo rest of the time. Crying. Hypo. This is no fun

I did sleep. Feel better nope. Dunno what to make of it. I have a hard time feeling like our relationship was a lie but I think it was.

I cried myself to sleep last night and I woke up crying too.

Today, I've spent the day with my friend who has taken me to PER several times. We went to the mall, not PER. He's been good company. Talked about "it" a bit, but I didn't cry. That was nice.

That's awesome that you found someone to help you process. I find discussing things like loss in all its forms is vastly helpful.

It distracts me, too. I need a TON of that lately. At night I tend to start thinking of the good times, and the mad times, and then I start crying.

Yeah. As much as things need to be addressed, sometimes it is just as good and healthy to distract yourself. Is there anything else that distracts you?

I'm home. Family gathering. Was bigger. Now smaller. Feel better. Dinner soon.

But my sister won't shut the hell up about her new house and her husband's job in holly wood and plane fares, and all with this I'm-important-now tone- even though she has no job.
