...right now I am! there are no questions in my head getting through not loud enough for the beautiful noise of peace not to be heard.

it has to be real it has to be ok so what when it goes away it's here today we all deserve some and it does come

I want to be happy forever...
...it's the funniest thing about bipolar 'happy'....there is very little to say about it

The reason we struggle to recognize it, is bcoz it has many forms... Fresh seabreeze, bright colours, full belly, great company, beautiful pictures. Good news is that: When we learn to recognize our happiness, it makes persuiting it a bit more tangible, surrounding ourselves with it, becomes a more realistic goal...

If only I can be "happy" (more hypomanic) and not get into the serious aspects of mania, such as overspending, not being able to stop talking, and not being able to slow down. That gets scary and even dangerous.....

thankyou for this... simplifying things is very hard for me to do, if I do it at all?...I don't think I do it?...pretty sure I don't

I will copy this one and put it somewhere to read again ...might even go on the fridge door!

Its a pleasure James, simplifying is what I seemingly have to do to make sense of it all, and I must say, my simplifications has gotten alot more positive over the years, when I was teenager it was mostly Life's a b.i.t.c.h and then you Die, now I'm a super***** so she aint got nothing on me no more
