....many have asked the question right?....the 'normal' question ugly funny weird twisted word gets thrown around hey even I am afraid of it.

to cut a short story long!

I have seriously EPIC cycles of bipolar disturbance on a large scale they can go for months.

...in between I get these cyclic compressions ...I guess they are rapid cycles where moods are multiplied not just for experience but also for effect where I do things like lets suggest "cope".....that perhaps interrupt the bigger cycles.

...NOW...unusually I feel normal at these times right?

and only because the cycles are more rapid I have less time to catch up or even decide!

so it's 'normal' for me to mood swing all day than have epic episodes every few weeks I spose thats the best I can describe it I aint complaining

it's not easy to 'shrink' things down this way....

I reckon falling flat on my face for twenty years gave me a push maybe...oops....

but it's ok
