Just finished reading "The Best of Ask a Bipolar 2010-2011" and learned a lot from it.

The download was just 99 cents for Kindle.

If you don't have a Kindle, you can choose the option for "Kindle for PC" and read it on your computer.

Has anyone else read it?

I liked the practical tips. So much of the things I have read so far seem to focus on the negative aspects of bipolar.

I just looked at that on the internet, purple daisy, and see that it's about $11.00+ to
purchase. I don't have kindle.

Is it worth it to purchase the book in your view? You say that there seems to be less negativity than in other things you've read. I'm all for that.

Thanks.

Buy the Kindle version for 99 cents and there will be a spot to click that says something like, "Don't have a Kindle? Get Kindle for PC."

You just download a free thing and it lets you read Kindle books on your computer.

Can't go wrong for 99 cents.

Yes. It was written by people with bipolar as answers to questions from bipolars and people who have bipolars in their lives.

There are sections on various aspects of life.
