Spent the day hanging with my daughter ... pure bliss !
Blue we are on the water  ... Going to hit the beach tomorrow for a little while .. You can smell the sea air ..Ahhhhhhhh Im thinking I'm going to wind up on a lovely high while I'm here ! It feels great to "feel" this good .. Its been a long time coming .. I refuse to think about the crash that will hit me.. Nope just wont think about it! Love you guys

Morethingswrong, have you ever tried Temazepam for sleep? 30mg gives me 8 hours of sound non-stop sleep, not to jinx it.

MTW the beach can be such a healing place. For me at night the beach is my favorite place in the whole world to be. I believe its the only place I have ever had a cllear mind. Try to go down to the beach by yourself tonight, youu can walk by the coast or just cop a squat either way just listen to the sound of the ocean and feel the breeze in your hair. Its like a little piece of heaven.
I sure hope your having a nice time. Hope you had a nice dinner with your daughter. So happy your there to visit.

I missed this
 Had to go to your profile to find this thread agian. I am soooo happy that its going so good. How was the beach, and dinner? Did you go swimming? I've never been there but it does sound awesome. Im so glad you are eble to enjoy your visit Christina! Despite the pain. You deserve this. Are you stilk there? Still going ok? When you get home try to hold onto this feeling. Just visualize yourself being there. Maybe the crash doesn't have to come, and yes dont even think about it! I wonder if you got sea saly and made youself some sea salt baths if it would help any. I know...im a crazy. Im just so happy for you! And proud, you did this, you turned this trip into a great time. It didnt have to be but you willed it to be. Yay!!!!!! I hooe you took lots of pictures that you can look back at in the days to come when you get home!!!! |
