Mumford and Sons' upbeat stuff. I love them. Try "Roll Away Your Stone", "I Will Wait", "The Cave" is amazing, and
<<< that version of "Lover of the Light". If you click the link, you have to promise to watch/listen to the whole performance! It's only 5 minutes...

When I am feeling ,down, sad, or just fed up I listen to a lot of funk on pandora. Ring my bell radio. It is all really up beat and there isn't any foul language in it which I like so my kids can listen with me and dance to it. Usually put it on when I am cleaning or trying to get motivated.

I love, love "Pumped up Kicks" by Foster the people. Even though it is a very dark topic(it might be triggering for some even) it's such a catchy tune with an upbeat beat.
There apperantly is a whole genre of music with sad or dark lyrics but a happy tune.

And of course Madonna! "Into the groove"

Owllover, I also love "Our house is a verry very very fine house with 2 cats in the yard life used to be so hard now everything is easy cuz of you. la la lalala la la la la la"

Never Surrender by Skillet

Do you know what's it like when
You're scared to see yourself
Do you know what it's like when
You wish you were someone else
Who didn't need your help to get by
Do you know what it's like
To want to surrender

I don't want to feel like this tomorrow
I don't want to live like this today
Make me feel better
I wanna feel better
Stay with me here now
And never surrender

Never surrender

Do you know what it's like when
You're not who you want to me
Do you know what it's like to
Be your own worst enemy
Who sees the things in me
I can't hide
Do you know what it's like
To want to surrender

I don't want to feel like this tomorrow
I don't want to live like this today
Make me feel better
I wanna feel better
Stay with me here now
And never surrender

Make me feel better
You make me feel better
You make me feel better
Put me back together

I don't want to feel like this tomorrow
I don't want to live like this today
Make me feel better
I need to feel better
Stay with me here now
And never surrender

Put me back together

Never surrender

Make me feel better
You make me feel better
Stay with me here now
And never surrender
