Myself:
Fish oil Melatonin Lutein and zeaxanthin for the eyes Resveratrol because I do not drink red wine, to make up for that Vitamin D3 liquid iron + B-complex Last edited by hamster-bamster; Sep 16, 2012 at 03:05 PM. |

liquid iron
B-super complex fish oil D3 Calcium and magnesium mutli-vitamin flax seed and hemp hearts electrolytes valerian for now matcha tea I also drink a vega protein shake that's loaded with antioxidants, greens, and probiotics ( non dairy ) and bunch of other stuff in it like chlorella, sometimes I put some of the vitamins in the blender with the shake. Beats swallowing them all. First protein shake I have had that tastes pretty good and that I can actually feel a big difference from. plus one of the only ones that is gluten and dairy free. ![]() Last edited by Anonymous32507; Sep 16, 2012 at 03:19 PM. |
