My daughter is into all that now, I just cut her hair, longer on one side, quite short on the other and shaved a bit on the one side. Actually looks really good on her, she threw some purple in there too. much more accepted, her vice principle asked me yesterday If i cut it, and said it was awesome, times are changing

I love it, dh just drop it in their purse haha. The purple haired girl on the card would get their attention

dh - the girl in this pic is what i think you look like, and there was a movie omg what the hell was it called!? it was this high school senior, very smart girl, very into writing, she seduced her hottish english teacher. it reminded me of you for some reason, i'll remember the name of the movie. but i also picture you with all purple hair. lol

anika - did you end up going short with your hair? how'd it turn out?

I am procrastinating haha, and wearing it in a bun everyday, with hairspray to hide the short ends. I'm still working on "acceptance". I keep trying to visualize it, and picture how I will feel, of course I try to manipulate a happy experience, like humans do, and I am not any closer. I have been spending my walking time, gazing at my hair in my shadow, I need to move on. haha

Errr... I have no idea what movie. I don't know if I have seen it but it doesn't sound like me. I'm not very seductive. No no, quite the oposite. I was always that 'oh, I wish someone would love me' girl who never had any boyfriends at all.

It's nice you think I look like that girl. She is very pretty. But I don't. I am very boring looking now. Kind of frumpy.... my job is very conservitive and I am fat, which means I must not like style or fashion or anything interesting to wear... And I don't have the money to spend on the types of clothes I like and the thrift stores around here are so boring! More fumpy grandma clothes....

I usually just brush my hair and I don't put it up. It's brown. It hangs down my back. I like my hair in my face, covering my eyes. I never look "put together" really. But I like weird and interesting things I just no longer have any that fit. I used to tie-dye my own shoes.... and pants, and shirts. I used to wear 100% tie-dye for about a year. Haha.

Anika - I went through my fun hair stage when I was 18-22. Manic panic!!!!

LOL i remembered movie name is Daydream Nation, the character Caroline seduces the teacher out of boredom. i never think you, Dhx would do such a thing The movie was ok, lots of high school drug use, so not for kids, just an entertaining story of this young woman's life. Here's a pic of the actress, I thought she was good.

Daydream nation is a song title from one of my favorite bands.. Sonic Youth.
