So glad you are able to identify how strong you actually are! Thats the beauty about suffering, we can see just how strong we really are, exceed our own expectations, AND appreciate the good times so much more... I think coll ege is a step in the right direction, and I hope you feel better real soon

Yes, 20 miles on foot is very impressive. Regarding porn cardio - whatever makes your HR go up is great. But adding walking to your daily routine would be definitely helpful while you are waiting for the meds to take effect as well as afterwards. It is a proven method without side effects.
