I registered one year ago under my real first name. Then, I freaked out because my first name is rather rare so it was identifying. I wrote to the moderators asking to switch my username to something that at that moment seemed the wildest, least identifying name possible for me. The rest is serendipity. Yes, I have had a number of hamsters. My last hamster, Squishy, lived to be 3 years old and died peacefully from old age. 3 years is the limit of Syrian (he was Syrian) hamster's life expectancy - I really figured out how to keep those hamsters healthy for as long as possible. He lived in an aquarium with a heating pad - the same type that is used in terrariums. On top of the open aquarium was a two-level cage. The heating pad heated his house. He was always warm and the aquarium kept him away from drafts. It is very important because hamsters are easily susceptible to respiratory infections that can quickly become fatal. Hamsters are nocturnal animals and I was a pretty nocturnal animal back then; now I go to sleep at 10PM so I do not keep hamsters any more. I have three cats instead. I better go feed them now.

My mom has read tarot cards since she was a teenager so I was brought up around it and I've always loved what the high priestess represents, especially wisdom and intuition. It's mysterious and beautiful and I've always felt that I relate to that card the most.

No mystery to my user name: I'm bipolar, and I'm an RN. Actually, I was an RN long before I was bipolar.......well, that's not quite right either, because I was bipolar for a longer time before becoming an RN, only I didn't know it then. LOL

Haha BipolaRNurse, I need a good laugh, that was cute!

It's my name, ask me again and I'll tell you the same It is, but I don't think most people I know would bother to google me. Hamster I remember that you had another name, actually I thought about it the other day, I won't say tho.

My daughter has a "robo" Roborovski hamster, she is really sweet and tiny, but extremely fast, we had a teddy bear hamster years ago, but she is sooo much faster, only thing is her wheel keeps me up at night. I need to find one that doesn't squeek.

Passion is what everyone should have and give in their life. Be passionate about all you do. I have it tattooed on my leg. And 222 is cuz in into numerology. Whenever you see 222---notice how many times you do, it means when you're questioning moving forward with a thought or event in your life, your spirit guides are telling you you're going in the right direction and to follow through with that thought My license plate is BEC222.

When I learned the word agape from Peace Camp at the BPFNA (Baptist Peace Fellowship of North America) I used it in a paper talking about my finding agape. I look for agape everywhere and try to spread everywhere. So if anyone doesn't know agape means God's Love. Looking forward to posting and reading y'alls posts on here.

Pretty simple. When I joined in 2009 I had just got out of a relationship with my beloved girlfriend, and I was still hurting over my Mom leaving. I had given up on everything, and pretty much life in general. The name just kind of clicked. I was alive and was physically here, but emotionally I was dead and in a dark place.

I remember that after a poem I wrote about my ex, a member here said "you got your name wrong, you are emotionally ALIVE!" Props to that member if she can remember it and remember me. That would be neat if you are still here! (It was years ago, I have a good memory too )

The Blue Ridge Mountains, in the eastern part of the US, is my favorite place to be. I don't get to go there often anymore, but it was where I was born, where my husband proposed to me, and where there are happy memories from my childhood.

My name comes from a couple stories I've written about real events in my life and MargoMay was the pen-name I used. and 32 because, I used to call my best friend Chickenpie32 when she was being funny and she was always a good point in my life no matter what.

I remeber listening to a song all the time when I was a kid "Agapeland". It was on a kids christian record, it was a pretty good record too - Bullfrogs and Butterflies.
