Hope everyone is doing well and those that aren't are getting the help they need.

Been MIA for a while. Been keepin real busy with work, travel, and back into hunting with the kickoff of archery season.

Thanks for all the well wishes and concerned posts. I've missed you all too.

General mental health status: Medication free since 12/15/11 with little to no problems. No longer seeing any psych doctors.

I don't come around here much anymore, but I decided to check the bipolar subforum & what do I see? My good friend manicminer!! I'm glad to hear you're doing so well for yourself now! I have to admit, I was a little worried here & there since you weren't doing so good for a while, but holy hell was I wrong. That's awesome. Keep up the good work! And don't be afraid to inbox me sometime. I usually hang out at the psychosis forum these days since the bipolar is self-managed or stable for the most part.

I go to the bar once or twice a week. Have really reduced the frequency and quantity of drinking

Good to see you are back & doing well.

Gun hunting season is just starting here in a couple of weeks.....I keep telling my deer that they are safe as long as they stay in my woods...lol. One came out to almost my driveway the other day.....& a few months back, I hears one snorting in behind the trees when I came close with my lawn tractor.

Hope your job is going well & all that driving you were doing isn't getting to you.......I struggle when I have to drive 90 miles in a day.....used to drive several 100 round trip.....can't imagine the driving you do for work.

East coast trip sounds like it was beautiful.

Glad to see you back......it's been most of Oct, but just noticed you have been doing a little posting here.....welcome back!!!!!!!
