Where do you get this? What exactly is it and how does it work?

It's usually sold as herbal tincture. Otherwise root. You can make it into tea, or put it in tea. Used for sleeping, not sure what else.. Anxiety, it has a claming quality. It is a powerful herb, so make sure to look it up first, and note what you meds or other stuff you already take. You can buy it at health food stores, or somewhere that sells herbs.. It doesn't taste that good, but it's not too bad either.

Okay so I have never used any type of herbs other than marijuana so I wouldnt smoke this would I? I would boil it in with say lipton tea?

I am using it, but not every night, it has helped tho. If I used it as directed it would probably work better.

hehe no don't smoke it! it comes in a little bottle with a dropper. Measure it out per the directions and put it in hot water, add a little sweetener, or put it in tea that would be acceptable to mix with. Could probably just put it on your tongue not sure, but it wouldn't taste good at all. You can also buy in capsules, not sure how effective that is.

Okay I just call Adelles naturals and they have the liquid form and the pill form which form would be best to get?

ya it's not too cheap, but the tincture probably works better, better purity, I would assume.

Just curious, why are you wanting to use this herb now? I don't know anything about it, but now I want to know more

Well, I have been having some major issues with anxiety and anger and this is supposed to be in comparison with benzos. My doctor does not want to give me benzos because I was labeled an addict in a previous hospital stay. Which was really just a crock. But I have the lable and I am stuck with it so I can not get the medication i need so I will go the natural route. I believe it also helps with sleep.

Interesting, I may have to go that route at some point, too, since I was told that my benzos will probably be cut off. You'll have to let us know how it works.

In the UK - you can get them in tablet form in a range or products (Kalms is one of them).

I have read that they can act as a depressant, as well as relieving anxiety and promoting sleep.

Did not do anything for me, so I am glad I do not have to have that unpleasant taste anymore.

The last tea that I tried actually tasted good - three varieties of mint plus red clover.

I just called the herbel supplement store we have here in the city and they have it in a one ounce dropper bottle and I am going to get it and put it in a small sip of tea I guess and drink it three times daily and I will let you know how it works for me.
