And it should so happen that exactly now everyone IRL wants to talk to you, whereas before when you needed them they wanted to take care of other business! They weren't available!

It's cold and raining. Yuck. I'm still getting pestered. I want to bite people's heads off. I'm on my new bed though watching tv.

Yep I always get irritable when depressed...my depression comes out that way plus anger. I want to just bite peoples heads off. Some people when depressed go to bed, Isolate etc...I am the reverse!

I'm with Hamster. The irony monster has gotten you that when you needed people they were not there, and now that you want to be alone they are pestering you.
Bed and t.v. on a cold day sounds pretty good to me. Maybe some hot tea to sooth the nerves?
