...pretty disappointed this is all I got after days and days. some whingy rubbish about anxiety creeping up on me again!

not up to using profanities so "darn it!!" ....this will do just fine.

thing is....the part of my brain that deals with reality...my 'reality brain'...?

it's tiny....if it fell out my nostril accidently or on purpose and fell on the ground and caught the attention of a curious ant?...this ant could easily carry my tiny reality brain away and munch on it at it's leisure.
reality brain
...and I wish it would!

it's that tiny...it has the capacity to manage with perhaps 2% of the 'input' available and thats on a good day.

the remainder of my brain is in a cosmic warp that makes lunatic sense to me which is fine... but is sabotaged nonetheless by this tiny reality brain bit and I can feel the anxiety nibbling away again and I just don't know?

it doesn't take long to wreck me

I would come beat the hell out of your anxiety if I could. Keep posting and emailing all you can. I'll always be there for you

Tell whatever is nibbling on you to shove off and find a new snack

Man, you do have unusual ideas to be so bloomin' intelligent! Your reality portion of your brain is terrific--it's your emotions that get in the way, Dubble Monkey.

Thanks for welcoming me back--just trying to comment on a few things, nothing
too boring or time-consuming. Glad to see you're trying to resolve things for yourself.

Give some love to that reality brain of yours and put the cork back on the emotions.
Keep the imagery coming because it's a great teacher with high impact ability.

Take care; nice to see you again.

Gen

My anxiety was eating me alive until I took something for it! It was sooooo bad too. Ugh.. I used to call it the worst feeling in the world. My reality brain is pretty small and simplified too. I can understand that. Just keep it simple and take your time... it grows fast. real fast.

I'm the anxiety queen. I'm always anxious about something. I have had anxiety so long I think if it stopped I would feel like the whole world collapsed around me.

They say those of us with anxiety were important in the caveman world. We'd freak out over small noises, or just get aggitated for things the others wouldn't. IT's like extra alertness. And it's because of that that we'd save the tribe from that lion hiding in the bush over there that no one else was paying attention to. Problem is, today we don't really need all that, so it just gets annoying.

hehe dark..you are really into the 'caveman' thing lately...you sure you haven't stumbled across a time machine and contacting us from the Neolithic era?...just took a long extension cord with you?

yeah I've heard of that phenomenon to..(what a word phenomenon is I feel like writing it phenomenonenon...and on and on too hard!!)

my reflexes are so seriously tuned I almost break my freaking neck when I'm startled...I'm permanently "tense"...a masseuse's nightmare! (give me my damn money back!)....actually thats another crazy word more than one masseuse?...are they masseuses?....thats crazy phenomenons as well!

aaaah I'm getting anxious about this reply it's too long and potentially meaningless...my reality brain is being challenged by my warped brain and losing!

ah....thats a good result then
