Should I tell my case manager / peer specialist about my hallucinations this week?

I tell pdoc everything. He knows what stuff means, I don't--so why wouldn't I level with him?

I have hallucinations pretty much daily.. But I know they are not real so I no longer stress over it.. I told my Pdoc and T everything. I do have a plan in place if I start questioning the reality of them.

Always best to be honest I say.
