Do you ever wake up thinking, "I hate myself. I hate my life."? I have every day for about a week. And when this starts, it won't let up. Those.two thoughts just keep running and running and running through my head. It's like a bad broken record.

On another note, I really do wish I had a disease with visible symptoms. It's terrible to have to explain to someone else what's going on.

I do not want to start this day...but I will. I'll get out of this bed, shower, go to work, try to be productive, and see my doctor afterwords.

So sorry you have started the week feeling so down.
But look, you got out of bed, showered, & gonna give it your best at work.
That's ALot, so try & give yourself credit. Take it hour by hour.
Take some deep breaths, hopefully seeing the doc will be helpful!
Take care.

Being at work will hopefully distract you, and make it easier. These thoughts will only linger for a while; they will go away. I Hope the doc appointment also brings you some relief

I understand. It's hard to get through a day when your thoughts are against you. Suga is right, the thoughts can and will go away. Sometimes it takes longer for that to happen than we like. But the one thing about life and bipolar is they both shift on you.

I feel that way too often as well Mollie It really is a horrible way to start a day.

I don't personally have great coping skills for that hating my life feeling, maybe self-talk. Tell myself to just keep moving, keep moving, it has to pass eventually.

DH is so right, it will shift. Try to give yourself a pat on the pack for getting showered and to work, that's an awesome feat.
