Hey there...I hope everyone is well and feeling good. I have been busy and life has been going FAST, almost too fast. I started a new job Oct 1. I really like it. It is challenging but not too stressful. Started classes again too...doing ok. I have noticed that I care a little less this time around. Its ok though...I don't have to keep a 4.0. It is ok if I am not perfect. Think Ive been a liitle hypo or riding out the end of it. I have been randomly forgetting my meds (lamictal) so maybe that's a contributor? Also recently found out after some long assessments that my son fits the profile for Asperger's so been trying to really get the most out of therapy for my son. Its strange because the past few years it was like we were dealing with a smart kid who was dx adhd with some behavior problems to learning this. There are a few things that we need to approach differently so its like I am somewhat having to reprogram myself as far as my approach because I am learning about how this works and what it changes as far as simplifying approaches and being more understanding concerning some of the perseverating, outbursts, etc. Anyway...just wanted to check in and let you all know that I have been lurking, but haven't had a lot.of.time to really get engaged. Thinking good thoughts for the lot of you ; )

Xoxo

Hey hey, treehugger! Good to see you and glad to hear you are liking your job-- that's great! Perfect mix, that --challenging but not too stressful. Quite a bit new to adjust to -- sounds like you are doing a good job with it!

Hi Tree, don't worry if you're busy. Sounds like you have a lot going on. Glad to hear you're getting some answers for your son. My oldest son's cousin has pretty sever autism. They thought for a long time he was never going to talk at all. But, he does now, both English and American sign, and he's attending regular public school and doing great. So, your son will be just fine.

Hi Ss I got a job as an administrative assistant for a company that does commercial electric and cell tower work. It is very fast paced but I do like it. Alot of computer work so I stick my headphones in and jam out. My coworkers are kind and it is a smaller business (50-100) so it is nice that Im getting to know everyone. Plus no corporate bs so I have a bright outlook on this one
