No, not voices me!I keep whispering at random times during conversation its weird and damn funny!Been happening all week, ppl thinking I'm about to say something private, & then they just laugh & carry on whispering with me Lastnight my sister thought it was coz her son was sleeping! Thing is, I only notice when you point it out!!! I have NO IDEA whats going on ooh ooh, and I FINALLY figured out why I hate showers... SENSORY OVERLOAD, prefer baths... No point, just chatty, its nearly 2am

Ha! So glad I have international FB friends!... I atleast have company, which is good coz being chatty on here gets frustrating when you cant bring yourself to care enough to post in serious threads. Oops, dont worry, not offended at all, I'm in 'dont care' mode atm... Smells like hypomania, especially this time of night/morning I like it, not complaining, but I get so insensitive, and it gets misinterpreted...

I'm on Saphris. Switching from Zyprexa. Gotta get used to it. Still on the zyprexa too, but a lower dose while I wean off.

Glad you're getting rid of 'diabetes in a bottle' meds. Zyprexa did not make you a happy chappy... Hope the transition is smooth, med changes can suck wet rabid dog a.s.s!

Yes. I've had zyprexa for a YEAR! Yes, wet rabid dog a.s.s! Too true. I hope I can lose weight more easily now. Zyprexa is evil. You just want to eat every second of the day, it seems like.

Thats horrid! I'm usually hungry more than most people I know, coz of superfast metablosim, which irritates me to no end, and when I was on lithium, WOW did it magnify tenfold! Perpetual hunger is sOOo frustrating, i feel for you. Speaking of which, its 3am and I'm starving... Kitchen here I come! Hope weightloss is easier now, you still doing judo Moose?

I can't do judo. I'm on blood thinners. Any accidental anything would be bad news. I can't ride a regular bike because of this either.

I can go and ride the indoor equipment though. Okay that sounded bad. But I can go to the Y. Getting a bit too chilly. I was walking around the block like a fiend when manic. Now on the drugs I just don't wanna.

Yes me the fiend.

The blood thinners are used for six months after a PE but since this is my second PE, I can't be sure. They have said maybe I have to be on them indefinitely. We'll find out.

PE? I feel like I should know what that is but my brain is not computing right now... Wow, a med indefinitly that prevents you from doing simple enjoyable stuff... How do you hold it together? That would crush my spirit (atleast until something worse happens to me). Really feel for you Moose, you are one tough lady, I must say.

Awww.... ! Thanks!

PE is pulmonary embolism- blood clot in the lung.

I dunno how I keep it together. People here help me. Plus my blog has helped lately. My kids keep me laughing and proud of them. (Though they can be frustrating as teens!) I know that sometimes I can't keep it together and I lose it. I don't have anything on my blog that is a real-time entry about depression or sui or PER. They are all retro-spective. I just hope that IF an episode happens, I'll be able to blog about it. Even if I have to write on paper at PER. It is humbling to have something like PE. I feel so out-of-shape when I look at my list of "issues" at the hospital. Several of which stem from the weight I've put on from depakote and zyprexa.

I dont mean to be nosey or insensitive, but how did the PE develop? Did I miss that post? I feel like I missed out on such a huge thing thats affected you... Kids are wonderful hey? They give you strength when you've depleted all your own, and they keep things in perspective for you when mindsight is faulty... My daughter is really my guardian angel... Had a sui attempt few just before I 'discovered' her, she saved me then, and she continues to help do so now... Christina I freaking love you!

I love her too!

I don't know how it happened. I'm seeing a specialist. My first one they said was from surgery.

Moose Wow, surgery is supposed to fix you, not break you. Keep me updated with what the specialists are saying, I hope its reversable and that you have a full recovery
Christina I will so go about sniffing people! Thats IS freaking hillarious, can just imagine how confused, embarrassed and dismayed they must have looked. Haha, I want to try it out
Thanks for this!
