Ok, so this may be a tad weird, but I was inspired to have a few words to accompany each visualization.
:Shield / Orb
- Whitest light surrounding me
Absorb and purify this energy
As I will,so mote it be

: Draining
- Liquid black negativity
Drain thee at once from me
Out my feet, into the ground
Mother Earth, to purify and bound
As I will, so mote it be

:Breathing
- Inhaling, drawing in white energy
Exhaling stress and negativity
Blackest smoke, now leaving me
As I will so mote it be

Ok, just looked at my post, Jordan's right, they do sound like spells But who am I to question inspiration??
What do you guys think though? Did I manage to cover all the basics?

Thanks James the girls have been giving me tips on protecting myself against negativity. I couldnt quite grasp the visualizations, but I'm ABSOLUTELY sure (how idk) that the words will seal the deal, so to speak

as crystal goes, amethyst turns negative emotions into love. (but ALBANIANS, who has house-guardian dolls and garlic hung around their condo told me I am "so supersticious" for believing in that).

but yeah, you got the basics... now just work on being able to fully visualize and enact those

energy follows thought, you're doing great. i don't know about the other convos, but i really like the spells or mantras you made, very creative and clear visually.

i got to work with a sort of famous witch named shekinah mountainwater, she died a few years ago. she taught me well about when you cast something out, it creates a vacuum for something new to come in. finishing with the white light part is really good.

i like royal blue color for a protection layer around the aura after it's cleansed. keep those energy vampires out!

Wow, it so cool you posted that! My orb is blue, and I printed the words on marble paper and laminated it. The orb words are in blue too I think the reason I instinctively knew words would help is bcoz I have alot of respect for the power of the spoken word, as a Christian I was taught the world was spoken into being, as a person I know how words have impacted my life. np! you are so lucky to live in Africa, you have access to some of the oldest and best amethyst and so many other crystals in the world. my favorite piece of amethyst i have came from the Namibian desert, in the sand they're finding these, didn't even have to be mined from a cave. but anyway, this crystal has enhydros, which are super rare water bubbles anciently caught inside when the crystal was growing. i can tilt the thing back and forth and watch the water drop move. it just amazes me so much. the stuff earth makes... amazing... my other favorite rock is called kyanite, instantly aligns the chakras and never needs to be cleansed, probably comes from Africa too.

I like what you did Trippin. I think the more you personalize it and taylor it just for you the better it will work. I have studied a lot of different religions and from what I can tell witch craft spells and prayers are really quite similar. They are both sumoning and directing energy towards something.

With witchcraft, they use a lot of symbolism to strengthen and reinforce it in their own mind. The chanting raises energy. Prayer people say always works better in numbers, the more people praying ..like they do with prayer groups the more energy raised. Speaking in tounges I think could be likened to chanting and raising energy. All seems a bit mysterious, but science supports a lot of our ideas about energy as well.

There are some fun things you can try with energy. Placing various rocks on a large table or floor, close your eyes and use your hand to scan over them, eventually you will be able to find them with your eyes closed by feeling their energy. It feels like a soft warm fuzziness on your hand. Plants too. I used to do this when I was a kid.

That crystal sounds pretty cool Blue. The earth is amazing! Water really weirds me out. The water cycle and exactly where it has been, and we drink it, others drank it, I could have drank water that Trippin or Blue drank, or Venus or DH.... Maybe slim, but possible... and weird. If you drank the water.. then it had to come out too. Maybe don't think about water too much.

Clouds are awesome, gas is awesome, rocks are awesomely not really solid, stuff can pass into them on a level we can't see.. Amazing. Worms... Pretty darn cool.

The wind guys! It tried to kill me THRICE (blew me into oncoming traffic) it transports seeds to spread flora everywhere, AND it howls like a wolf! I'm not a fan (obviously, what with its vendetta against me) but its still pretty amazing!

That's really good, Trippin. I like your words. It is important to make words so that you can focus your thoughts properly. That's what prayers and spells are, the focus. But, also when you speak just in general it can cause a similar effect. There is a lot of power in words.
