During my last appt, I talked about the letter in support of my court case and about Topamax, and I forgot to ask about the schedule of meds when in flight. So I will ask you guys instead.
I take: 6AM - Levoxyl breakfast - Topamax, Prozac, Metformin lunch - Metformin dinner - Geodon, Metformin bedtime - Lithium, Amitrtiptyline and a small bunch of supplements, too. So when I am on a plane to Europe, on what schedule do I take those meds? When do I switch to "their" time? How about on the flight back to California? |

I think you just switch to their time. You'll probably be jet-lagged for a few days.

So basically take it on my schedule until I land, and then switch to their schedule once there, right?

I'm not sure about the time change what your saying sounds right.
What I want to know is how do you remember to take all your meds at all those different times? I just take mine am and hs and a lot of times forget the am meds. |

I have no trouble remembering. I wake up, take Levoxyl, and then go back to sleep for an hour because there should be no eating for an hour after taking Levoxyl. It is easy to remember - it is the very first thing I do in my day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - those meds go with mealtimes so that is easy. Bedtime is easy, too. I pour meds out of their bottles - I do not use pill boxes or containers. I have two bottles with Metformin - one at work where I eat weekday lunches and one at home.
