Do you ever struggle to force yourself to sleep, not because of mania or mood, but simply because those will be moments you will not be aware of living and you would rather not miss them?
Look at that... I almost made a one sentence thread.. ![]() ![]() ![]()

I'm pleading the Fifth Amendment, against self-incrimination, and refuse to answer.
Good morning, Anika!

I hate going to bed. Night is when I feel best so I'd rather stay up and have fun. But, then I suffer trying to get out of bed. I do it all the time, though.

haha ya it ain't hard.. the sleeping bit is hard. I am not sure I am even having fun, but I don't want to sleep and not be aware. It's silly. I used to hate going to sleep because sleeping felt vulnerable. Just laying there, not conscious... kinda weird. I don't feel vulnerable now with sleeping, just wasteful.
In real life I don't know anyone who sleeps this little, or who does not love sleeping. I don't know anyone who always wants to stay awake, seems like most people cannot wait to go to sleep. ![]() I mean that is probably good, sleep is good for you. I wonder if this is going to shave years off our lives tho?

I eventually just pass out now. I'll be sitting there holding a sleepy baby, playing xbox or something, then "zap" and I'm suddenly waking up with a stiff neck and a sleeping baby snoring away. (Yes, he snores, it's funny.) I think this is more a combo of getting older plus getting up everyday for work.
