As some of you know me and my girlfriend about two years ago where expecting a child but she lost her early on. Well after thinking things where finally going away I had a dream about her again last night and woke up in tears and its making my day tough. This time she ran to me yelling daddy, and we hugged and I picked her up and swung her around and we laughed, I woke up in tears cause I know it's not possible. How can I deal with this? Any advice?

Grief is hard and even more so when a loss is complicated, when you had someone but didn't, if you see what I mean. Give yourself time.

It's been 2 years! How much time does it take when will these dreams ever stop. Ugh this is not making my day easy.

It's been 20 years for me and I still have dreams about my mom and I still cry all the time. I think it is only natural that you feel this way and not to be hard on yourself. I think that maybe she visits you as an angel in your dreams and you should just remember that you have your angel baby in heaven forever. Just like my mom is my angel mom and sometimes she visits me in my dreams. It's not much, but sometimes it's all we have.

I know it sounds stupid but it helps to nurture something in memory of a person. Mine oddly enough is a house tree.

Hmm that's an idea, I need something to take care of in her memory! Brilliant idea. Thanks and I think she is an angel and visits me and she is growing up when I first saw her he was just a baby so maybe in another reality she's alive!

I like that to but I've always wanted a small zen tree.
 so it's perfect but ill try drawing her tonight she has blonde hair in pigtails and deep blue eyes cute chubby cheeks a little sun dress on and perfect little baby teeth. She is so cute
