I'm pretty bad recently.
The stress with my father has me triggered so bad. Other stress has me triggered so bad. Obsessed to find a new place ASAP. Feeling flat but also like I'm a volcano right before the explosion. Feeling paranoid and having strange thoughts. Hard to explain, this was happening before but still going on.... Want to scream and scream until it's over.... But have to sit here and behave normal. I feel my face is like frozen. I can feel it this time: zombie face. I can feel it.... Can't seem to get my muscles to smile.... Sorry if I'm not responding to other questions very well or very much. Or if I don't make sense or saying weird things... or hard to follow, I can't tell. Just... feeling completely off the track. Restarted my lithium but feeling really weird.

No where to go at the moment. At home the house is full of people. At work they will just put another black checkmark by my name and since my review is less than a month away.... I'm trying to avoid those.

I'm thinking in those funny words again. Differen't ones. like Zug. I keep hearing it very loud in my head. Zug zug zug!!! grrrr....
Wju does it have to be like this? few days ago my thoughts were so fast it was like a slideshow in my brain. Cat. Bridge. Skyline. Dish. House. Grass. Car. Person. Cloud. Tree. Desk. Hand. Just still pictures like photographs flipping to my mind so fast I can't barely tell what it is until the next one.

![]() I agree with Venus, do some screaming it can help. If you can't do it at home, get in the car and go for a drive. Scream all you need to.

The next time you get a word stuck in your head try to turn it into a positive affirmation or mantra. I would do breathing exercises and get enough sleep.
