Hmm dairy and wheat allergies are way more common then we think. And usually we think upset stomach which can be but there are so many other ways it plays out. When I used to take sleep meds I always felt like **** the next morning, real bad which would last through out the day, kinda got myself caught in a circle with that.

I would give a shot Blue, you might notice other things change that you didn't notice to much. When I removed all the food I have problems with out of my diet I noticed lots of changes that I didn't even really notice, like I knew they were there on some level but you get ao used to feeling that way over the years you really just don't notice.

Another possible outcome if food allergies is an issue for you might be relief from from the moods at least a bit or even a lot. Which could be huge for you.

Either way it turns out is win/win really, if you do have allergies or intolerances you will probably feel way better and vital without it, and if you don't you get to keep eating food you like.

If you remove dairy and that doesn't help then you might want to also check for casein which causes as much problems for people as the lactose. If removeing the wheat doesn't make a difference try for gluten, never know. It's finding the hidden sources which is a true pain. If you try it you can always talk to me about it if you like.

Intersting about the eating patterns too. I am much like you in that way and really really have to work on that, which I still don't have worked out yet.
