Is to bash this malfunctioning brain into the wall repeatedly untill it either works or quits working all together. i so tired of this emotional roller coaster. Im happy and Im sad and all I want to do is be unconscious. I see my doctor tomorrow so hopefully he can offer some relief.

I see a therapist today and im terrible nervous about it. I have to start down the therapy road all over again because my previous T left me high and dry. So now I have to start all over again.

Im sorry I just have ot get this out. I feel terrible. I cant handle this much longer it gets worse everyday.

Clinte,

I can understand how you're feeling right now I have been in that place so many times where you just wish it would all stop. I really hope that with your doctors appointment tomorrow he can give you some relief. Just want to know which are not alone with this and that I'm here if you need to talk.

Try not to be too nervous about seeing a therapist at first it's just a feeling out time for the both of you. I know that can be scary as well because right now I have no therapist of my own.

Just wanted you to know you're in my thoughts and I'm sending you as much good vibes as I have to offer.

I hope it goes okay with the T. I know it's hard to start over. I still haven't started over since my psychologist half retired and moved her practice far....

when you say " want to bash this malfunctioning brain into the wall repeatedly" is actually shows how much depressed you are .... my sympathies

now you want to "bash" your head "repeatedly" right, imagine wanting to "bash" it just once , trust me it will reduce your mental pain, Afterwards instead of "bashing" it just imagine trying to just "hit/bump" it once... you will feel little better !!!!!
