Well I went to see my pdoc again which is a week after I last saw him, we are on weekly visits for now. Anyway I have not been having as much trouble but it seems to me he thinks Im somehow manic! How could that be? Idk maybe lack of sleep has pushed me over that edge who knows. Anyway my dad asked him if ect could help me again and he said yes we use it for both ends of the spectrum to bring me back to center again. But I said lets see what meds can help with and go from there.

I dont really want to do ect again untill I have to because its not fun to lose your memory of past events. Like my last hospital stay is a blur. So I figured we would hold off untill things get out of hand. I know sounds silly right but thats what I want to do.

So either way he gave me seroquel to help me sleep which I hope helps and he wants me to increase my lamictal untill I feel good again. SO wish me luck its alot of changed but I have faith they will work.

Good luck! And I think it's good that you're speaking up for yourself and what you feel will work best for you in your treatment.

Thanks blue. Yeah I just dont feel I need that yet. I figure thats for when all else fails then its time for ect. My last one was over 2 months ago and Im still feeling good. Accept for the lack of sleep and major agitation.

Hopefully the seroquel with help with the sleep and agitation. And your positive attitude will help you through this too! The ect option will still be there if it comes down to that.

Awhile ago we talked about checking out the waves, you said something like you hadn't done that in awhile but like doing that. Is that a possibility? The ocean, or any body of water is so healing for me. I should take my own advice here and take my son down to the ocean after school today! But then again I can't bring older son cuz he's on ankle monitor. I could call in and say I'm taking him to an appt... No maybe not cuz if I get caught lying it could get him in more trouble...

I just know I miss the ocean and checking out the waves, it's only a 20 minute drive from here. And for you, Pensacola is soooo pretty with the white sand, water is so blue, I have some family there, had a nice time there. The ocean here is more green and mirky, but the salt water air so refreshing, and the sound of the waves are like the pulse of the earth.

Yeah I need to get back on my board again soon. I think it would help with my moods cause exercise and just getting out are both goood things

Pensacola is nice I cant wait till I get my license back so I can hit up the downtown scene more. I think getting my license back will be a big thing for me cause then I can go anytime anywhere I please.

I am trying to watch myself without over analyzing. Which is hard to do but I'm doing pretty good I'm just excited that I might get to sleep tonight, I'm getting worn out with it.
