Well I feel terrible like Im having an anxiety attack. Im full of energy that I cant use because Im terrified to do anything. I heard things even when I had music in my ears, I have all these fears coming up and I dont know how to deal with it. It came on strong and fast.

I took zyprexa to help knock it out so we'll see how that goes. What do you do in these situations? Im listening to music and walking around but thats not knocking it out.

If you're having that jump out of your skin feeling, I find a quick walk or jog can help ease it. I tend to pace around, but I know that can be annoying to others.

I talk to anxiety using non violent communication. I bring him up in front of me and we talk. I need to know why anxiety is doing this to me. Without the why, I can't figure out the how. If they are things I can't change, I learn to accept them. I do that by hanging on to LIFE. I try to find the meaning of my life in my suffering(anxiety).

Thanks guys Ive been walking around pacing is what I usually do but its not knocking it out. Oh well I guess. Just needed to rant which helps me a little. Just putting what Im feeling on paper helps me figure it out by looking at it in front of me.

Yeah it helps. Te zyprexa has calmed me down a little bit so I'm feeling a little better.

Clint, it could be the seroquel. Both my older kids while coming on and off of it, had a lot of hallucinations, mostly auditory. My daughter has schizoaffective whatever so she always has em. But once it's regularly in their system, they're ok with it.

Try not to be afraid, they're not real. And if you're believing they are real... well we can have another convo. I used to love doing hallucinogens when I was younger, no desire now, what was I thinking!!

Well I know not all the things are real so thats good. But its still annoying to have that. And I dont think its the seroquel because Ive been hving this problem for 2 weeks now. and its really getting old. not sleeping I think is causing most of the problems. I sleep but not well or for very long probably getting 4 hours a night.

Yea lack of sleep causes that stuff too. Hope you figure out something for some relief from it. They say activity and exercize help mood and sleeping better.
