....not real sure i know how to?

I will be 42 this year...like an old dude!

I say old because with bipolar it's twice as long and maybe a little more

...and right now I am in between worlds

when my memory works I remember two things...

and it's all so very personal...

like it's all happening to me anyway!

so there must be someone else in here too...

turning my violent emotions into parody

Hang in there james I know things can appear tough but things get better, I know what you mean by feeling between two worlds, thats well said and reminds me of how I feel often times. Just know your not alone and we are here for you.

I think it's normal for guys to have trouble opening up. It's learned that you're not tough if you need to be emotional. Which is wrong. Men have emotions, too.
