In my experience pasta can freeze very well. I reboil it to thaw it, but I assume you could probably microwave it too.

Made burritos tonight, fairly easy. Canned beans, some ground beef (Made sure seasoning was not expired haha). Lots of veggie toppings, salsa and fresh avocado with lime yum. Cleanup went quick too. This is me on a good cooking night btw

And yes, pasta and rice both freeze well I've found, just steam on stove or microwave to reheat.

This is super easy and you can eat for days..

4 chicken breasts skinless and boneless
Carrots rough chop
Celery rough chop

Boil in a stock pot until tender
pull chicken into pieces using a couple of wooden spoons
Add 4 cartons of chicken broth/stock
few handfuls of scallions
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Add 1-2 lbs of egg noodles

Boil until noodles are done.

1 pot, eat for days.

I didn't know that about pasta. I'm looking into dinner co-ops.
