I Shut Down When People Bring Up Past Memories I Don't Like. I Often Cut Off Friends For No Reasoning , Im Only 14 But I've Been This Way Since 6th Grade. I Get Headache From Racing Thoughts An I Cant Control Them An Some Of Them Are Really Bad. Sometimes I'm Really Hyper , Then Depressed . I Always Think About Killing Myself Or Cutting No Matter How Hard I Try An Not To . I Think I Need Help .. Can Some One Reply?? I Need Answers .. I Need HELP

you need to consult pdoc/therapist/counselor .... i think you can do it from your school... try to meet one of those even if you are shy....bipolar will affect your study/work everything ..... so think about it soon...

sometimes we find it difficult to say what we think when we see a doc, and of course if your mind is racing you might forget half of what you wanted to say. See if you can get to see someone, and even if they only offer you counselling, this is a good start and can lead to a psychiatrist doctor. Try writing a diary of how you feel for a few weeks. Write how you feel when you wake and before going to bed, and any other time during the day. This will help you and the doc see what's happening

you should talk to your parents if you are close, and see if there is a psychiatrist that you can go speak to asap. bi polar is not a character issue, and you all may find the reason behind so much of your behavior. i know it was life changing for me to be diagnosed. good luck.

Nobody here can tell you whether or not you have Bipolar or any other mental illness/disorder. See a professional if you want a diagnosis. However, feel free to post here for support if you want to. I'm sorry you're struggling so much right now.

Welcome to PC... As previously advised talk to your parents or someone at school.
