My pdoc, for whom I have a quite eloquent nickname, prescribed me MORE Zoloft and Abilify instead of Seroquel. I have a question:

AM I SUPPOSED TO BE THIS HYPER AND PSYCHOTICALLY HAPPY?!

I feel like the happiness is fake, but I can't help it. Why should I be complaining? I feel super rested after getting even less sleep than usual! I happily ran to my 8am class this morning. Just cuz I had the energy and was happy and wheeeeeee! wind in the hair!

Is anyone else craving cheeseburgers? I haven't had one in SO long and I feel hungry enough to eat five.

I'm at the other end right now but I know what you mean about running just because you have the excess energy. I've done that before. And the "fake happy," that sounds familiar to me,too.

I"m not craving cheeseburgers but I am craving salt like crazy. Ever since I had my gall bladder out I crave salt.

I couldn't sit still at all on celexa. I would guess its the antidepressant doing that.

The idea of that kinda sucks. On one hand, sure, I'm not depressed. On the other hand, the inability to get things done because of hyperness is about as bad. Isn't that dangerous if the antidepressant does that?

Fake happy sucks. Sometimes I just think that all this bs with meds might not be worth it. I don't really want to take mind-altering and potentially dangerous chemicals if the person prescribing them wasn't listening to me. I feel like even though there's a crapshot chance of getting them right anyway, your odds just became worse than lottery odds if the pdoc doesn't listen.

All meds interact differently , I was just wondering If the Zoloft has you all hyped up and maybe triggered the Zyprexa's glorious sideeffect of craving food food food and even looking at a couch and thinking of taking a bite.

Sorry you are going through all this
