...I think summer has finally packed up and pissed off!

it was almost 6 months of heat this year...too much.

I like the cold and it feels cooler now (I hope it stays)

Today was quite productive in cleaning house, laundry and made it to therapy. Proud of myself to day for accomplishing a bit of stuff

Finally went to a real Psychiatrist this morning, who was able to solidly confirm my diagnosis as Bipolar I. He also added a med to help sleep & decrease anxiety. My general MD tried his best, but it was not his forte.

I can be more proactive in my own care, with proper knowledge about my condition & a lifeline, if ever in crisis. This gives me peace of mind and hope.

Hey - is there something akin to a LIKE button on here, in response to others posts? Read many great things!

You can use the thanks button on the lower right of each post! It's better than a LIKE button in my opinion because likes make me very anxious.

I spazzed out and made an impromptu Harley Quinn costume. It goes with my new dye job.

I didn't count calories today. I had my first hamburger in months.

Last fall I wished every football game my alma meter played (due to triggers). Today I'm at our spring football game and I feel fine. I'm off to the side and not in the crowd.

I got some clothes at the salvation army for half off. Clothes to fit my zyprexa-fat self, but fitting clothes look better than the same non-fittng clothes over and over because you can't fit anything.
