fifty sounds like a lot. I only have one.

1 - accept and move on.

if I'm feeling depressed, accept and move on.
if I'm feeling hypo, accept and move on

If I'm having sui thoughts, accept and move on

it's an art. a skill. something that is learned after years and years.

a talent. should be in a talent show!
it's the one thing that gets me through a day sometimes.
but you would never know that by spending a day with me.
I could be depressed, or feeling depression come on....
but I don't feed it anymore.
by accepting it, it really has minimized the affects of it.
at least for me.

wow, that's very good...

and yes- when i first read it i thought it was a lot too, but now i sort of understand...

they are all listed because you know- they are all valuable experiences

or some of them just because they are essential...

pay off all debts, for instance. no one wants to be in debt for their whole life

I think most of them are pretty good but I'd never be able to have a one night stand or be with a stranger, that's just not my personality, though. I dated people completely wrong when I was younger and I'm glad that phase of my life is passed now. I'm much happier where I am, which is where I belong.

I don't know if I'd be able to bungie jump, but would love to go on a zip-line over the jungle someday. That would be pretty awesome.
