I don't feel particularly depressed, but I feel a little down. And angry for no reason. But also hyper want to do everything thoughts going speed of light, but I don't have excessive energy. Oh, and sui thoughts, but nothing too serious. I can't control them, though. I keep having songs playing in my head and have a manicy-don't care desire to sing all those songs.
What is even going on? I did forget to take my.meds today, but this has been going on since yesterday.

Hmmmm... could be.
Are you feeling irritable? Fidgity? But, no drive to really do anything. I get this intense agitation. My skin crawls, my hair feels like it's too tight on my head (I don't wear it up usually, so no reason to be tight.) Everything feels off center and emotions feel much bigger than they should.

Maybe you are overthinking your symptoms?
Forgetting meds messes some people up though, especially if you are med sensitive. |

My mixed is agitation, anger, exhaustion, fidgety, lazy with racing thoughts. This is usually following a hypo manic episode.

I don't think you're overthinking your symptoms. I've had milder moods than you're describing here and started wondering if they were mixed. I think it is possible to have very mild, but still mixed moods now and then, and it can be difficult to place them if you can't decide what you feel, but you're sure there's something weird going on with you.

And also, perhaps what you are feeling is "normal" as in, people without bp have these feelings. I often wonder how other people feel during the times I feel so out of control. What's "normal"? Don't forget you are human and the human condition is a big tangle of crazy.

What dark heart said ^^. I also get this tremendous surge of energy that I have to work out physically or else I start throwing things and punching refrigerators (only did that once actually, and damn near broke every bone in my hand). I have been known to pressure-wash the porch for FOUR HOURS. Additionally, I get this agitation which makes me unable to find a good place to put myself....can't stop fidgeting, can't concentrate and get pissed off.
At the same time, I'm having frequent crying jags, snapping at any or no provocation, driving like a maniac and generally scaring the hell out of anyone unfortunate enough to be around me. I never quite fly off the handle all the way, but with this recent one I came perilously close to it, and it may have progressed to that point if I hadn't called my pdoc and gotten on a higher dose of AP. I just felt like the layers of my sanity were being peeled away revealing the madness at my core, and I was terrified of being drawn into it.
