How about just not tell him? Don't go to your appointments, don't go pick up your RX... His sure to see the difference in the billing, and you to can address it then. That way he has a chance to see you off meds (and hopefully better or atleast the same) without knowing it, and he won't have a leg to stand on when you raise that point?
Other than that? Idk sorry, I don't live with him, don't know him, so I can't predict his reaction. You know him best though... what would the typical response to "dad I flushed my meds down the toilet" be? |

props for telling him even though it's over text message! i used to write letters to my mom (before texting was a thing) all the time to tell her how pissed i was about some things. i also used to write to my therapists/doctors. sometimes writing is a lot easier.

well, someday you will face your dad and he will back off and he will listen to you. this happens with everyone. but then again our parents know what need to be said to get us raging.... my mom just need to say one or two sentences whenever she decides to make me mad... they know us very well..
