Just tired of my family watching football and no one seems to want to hang out with me and they are always analyzing my moods. It gets old I know what I'm feelin no need to tell me.

the only crap that gets old is ...well..?

reckon I was right the first time Clint....so careful not to judge your 'local dudes'!!

why do you feel you gotta get approval from these unresponsive intricately f...ked up individuals that say they care but just don't get it??!

talk to me Clint...I've been up for 30 hours I'm moving on soon maybe....

...is this how you feel?

insignificant!

(I actually meant that 30 hour sh...t...but I will stay with you)

Well thanks James I do feel Insignificant with a capital I. I just wish they actually got it you know? Yes I've been wild the past like 3 days can't stop talking moving and I know it's annoying them. By them I mean family. They put up with it I suppose the best they know how. I'm unpredictable and a little off my top. I just hopped on my pushy for a Quick ride an that helped but still it doesn't fix the lonely issue. I guess I shouldn't expect anything it's always been the same.

Clint, if you have access to a swimming pool, one hour of swimming should take care of your problem completely.

Ok I'll stay off the bike. Now that you mention it I do feel kind of flat. How do I get emotion back those wonderful things, the only emotions I have felt lately are extreme happiness or rather down. There is very little in between. Go to bed James so I won't worry about you! Ill be here when you come back I swear buddy. I'm just gonna hang with the family and watch a film.

ok...it's a deal.

how!!??...from my experience ridiculous too much ...Clint...

the emotions will find you!...and my guess is that sometime between tonight and tomorrow they will arrive...they are already amongst you...but..

and heres the weird bit....you/me...are programmed to be afraid of them...

so we articulate the downside....and later erupt.....

...sometimes it's right to shelter...and Clint after what you been through mate...I would be sheltering too...you are an explosion of feelings....but just gotta learn how and when to detonate my dear buddy....ok

love always...monkey...you be ok...me too

it's not just like living in a panic attack Clint.....

it's exactly like living in a panic attack!

...sometimes the brain just loses it man....it's not your fault!.....the brain just loses control...from deep inside way too deep to get to.

....often it's emotions that got it all wacked out!...something simple tiny but meaningfull...

we poor dudes are a bit stuffed cos our brains ....brilliant as they are...are too busy to manage our feelings....they are busy like they are out all the freaking time...!!

cerebral sluts!

it's called para-sympathetic nervous system Clint...it's like a standby mode!....

the panic is real the threat is not....

even when the rational brain pisses right off...anything goes....hallucinations....seeing hearing everything......

this is where YOU...gotta "kick in"....trust...cos none of it is ever your fault...

the Angels will step in

Thanks monkey I suppose your right it's just this messed up brain of mine so if I believe hard enough I can get over it. Ill try my best to believe that it's all just in my head and not my fault. That will take some strain off.

thats the way bro.....you are not your head!

even now you might be tempted to say ..."hmmm how stupid of me"

...and even better.."hmmm I should have this crap figured right out!"

but...hehe...

you are not your brain...

imagine with yourself... the brain is like a freaking wild engine in a sportscar....

blows parts off sometimes...this thing is mechanical man!

you ...in helmet and race gear man you are in control of this thing....only whenever you want to drive....

the thing just idles in the background...but it blows up sometimes even just sitting there and..."oh crap!"....

Gods mechanics will fix it!.....

Have you thought about an outpatient program during the week to keep you on a routine?

Yesterday I discovered that doing something with my hands helped with situational anxiety. I went to a beading class and made two great necklaces. While I was actually, physically doing something with my hands - picking out the beads from the store, arranging the beads on my tray, stringing them, "crimping" (finishing), I was basically OK. As soon as I stopped doing something with my hands, my situational anxiety would come back.

If it works so well for anxiety, it might work for restlessness as well.

I posted about it on the Anxiety forum, and others have had similar experiences and suppose that it might be grounding, that it might be the hand-brain connection, but I also think that the relief comes from the sense of purpose - I was actually doing something useful.
