Well I've already been to the doctors to try and get help for depression because when it's bad, it's bad, but I noticed something about my moods and i wrote the down. I've never had full blown mania either, but i have had moods that are higher than depression where i have a more confident outlook on life.

Tuesday - Depressed mood
Wednesday - Normal mood
Thursday - Good mood
Friday - Good mood
Saturday - Good mood
Sunday - Depressed mood
Monday - Depressed mood
Tuesday - Mildly depressed mood
Wednesday - Normal mood
Thursday - Good mood
Friday - Normal Mood
Saturday - Mixed mood

I wrote these down over a little period of time.

Could be bipolar, thyroid malfunction, adrenal malfunction, sleep disorder... Do you drink, socially or drink a lot of coffee or tea or cola or eat chocolate? Maybe first see your primary or family physician. Bring what you wrote down and let the doctor play detective. Too vague to diagnose.
Thanks for this!

It sounds like sometimes you're in a good mood, which is a blessing. You might want to check out the criteria for hypo/manic episodes for bipolar disorder, you can find it on the Internet. Keep in mind, hypomanic or manic episodes are diagnosed as such in part because they have a very negative impact on your functioning, or for some, quite a destructive impact. There's nothing pathological about feeling good/confident, etc. sometimes. However, if you have doubts, I suggest you see a psychiatrist (who are much more qualified to diagnose than a PCP/GP) or if you already have one, share your concerns. Best of luck!
Thanks for this!
